# Paradarum CDN

> Paradarum is a European CDN with live streaming and a full WAF included on every plan — including the free one. It accelerates and protects websites and delivers live video (RTMP/RTMPS/SRT ingest, HLS playback) through edge PoPs in Europe, managed from a panel and an API-first control plane. Operated from Spain by multistream.tv, with EU data residency and GDPR compliance. Prices exclude VAT.

Key facts:

- Free plan (Seed): 50 GB of traffic per month, 1 property, full WAF (ModSecurity + OWASP CRS, unlimited rules), automatic Let's Encrypt TLS, cache rules, instant purge and statistics. No credit card required.
- Paid plans: Starter €5/month (750 GB), Pro €25/month (5 TB), Business €99/month (25 TB), Enterprise from €499/month. Extra traffic from €0.005/GB. Prepaid balance model, PayPal top-ups (card accepted without a PayPal account), Spanish/EU invoicing.
- The WAF is complete on ALL plans: ModSecurity + OWASP CRS (paranoia levels 1–4), rate limiting, bot protection, IP/ASN/country blocking, IP reputation (TOR/datacenter/VPN), anti-hotlinking. Competitors typically charge for this separately.
- Live streaming add-on on any paid plan: ingest slot €12/month (RTMP, RTMPS, SRT), transcoding renditions 240p–1080p €8–39/month each (up to 3 + passthrough), 24/7 Channel pack €99/month (ingest + 1080/720/360 ladder + 3 TB delivery). Playback is adaptive HLS delivered through the CDN.
- Signed URLs (expiring links, single files or whole folders) from Starter. Multi-origin with automatic failover and Origin Shield from Pro. On-the-fly image optimization (WebP conversion + resizing via URL parameters) on all plans. HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 (QUIC) everywhere.
- 13 one-click CMS presets (WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento 2, Drupal, Joomla, Moodle, Next.js, Laravel, Ghost, Shopify Headless, static/SPA, API) plus official auto-purge plugins for WordPress (with a static-assets CDN mode that requires no DNS changes) and PrestaShop.
- Guided setup: a wizard walks through naming the property, pointing it at the origin, choosing the site type and connecting a custom domain, with DNS-provider-specific instructions (including the Cloudflare "orange cloud" caveat) and live verification. Sites work immediately on a *.prdrm.net hostname before any DNS change.
- Internet radio hosting (Icecast-compatible ingest, listener-hour plans) is planned but not yet available.
